Overview

PSL Range is a web-first AI PSL-style photo analysis tool. The free test lets users upload one face photo for a quick estimate, then add 2 to 4 more photos for a stable PSL-style range.

This policy explains how uploaded photos, analysis results, and basic usage data are handled.

Photos and AI Processing

When you upload photos, they are processed only to generate your result. Photos may be processed by AI services to produce visible-dimension analysis such as lighting, camera angle, expression, image quality, face visibility, and harmony impression.

The service is designed around these rules:

Do not store original uploaded photos longer than necessary, except for the temporary, opt-in age-check review described below.
Delete temporary uploaded files after they are no longer needed for the result.
Do not sell uploaded photos.
Do not use uploaded photos to train models.
Do not publicly display uploaded photos.

The free test does not require user accounts or user history. Photos are not kept, except for the opt-in age-check review below, which lasts at most 14 days.

Temporary Age-Check Review

Our service is only for adults. While this review is running, the upload area shows a separate, optional checkbox. When our system flags an uploaded photo as possibly showing a person under 18, and you have ticked that box, we may store that photo for up to 14 days to check whether the age check was correct. The photo is encrypted before storage using a key that only the site owner holds, and only the site owner can view it. Along with the photo we keep only the age-check result, the number of photos, the image format, the time, and the technical data needed to decrypt it. We do not keep your IP address, cookies, or any account or visitor identifier with it, and we remove embedded photo metadata (such as EXIF) before storage. Stored photos are never sold, shared, shown publicly, or used to train models, and they are deleted automatically when the 14-day period ends. This review runs for a limited period only. Leaving the box unticked does not change your result.

Data We May Collect

We may collect limited non-face data to operate and improve the service:

Anonymous usage events such as landing view, upload start, upload complete, result view, add-more click, and share click.
Anonymous analysis results (scores) linked to a random identifier, used for product statistics.
Basic request metadata such as IP-derived rate-limit keys, browser type, device type, and referrer.
Error logs needed to debug failed analysis requests.

By uploading a photo, you confirm that:

You are 18 or older.
The photo is your own or you have permission to upload it.
You understand the result is an AI-generated estimate for photo comparison and entertainment, not a factual statement about human worth.

Cookies and Analytics

The service may use first-party cookies or privacy-conscious analytics to understand product usage and prevent abuse.

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with service providers only when necessary to provide the service, including AI, hosting, and analytics providers.

Security

We use reasonable technical safeguards for uploaded files, analysis requests, and configuration secrets. No internet service can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
